All products featured on our website are meticulously handcrafted and customized to meet your specific requirements. Please take note of the following important details:

Design Accuracy: While we strive to replicate your chosen design and personalization details with the highest level of precision, please be aware that slight variations in color, texture, or layout may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Design Revisions: We offer up to two rounds of design revisions free of charge to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Should you require additional changes beyond the initial two revisions, a fee of ₹100 per revision will apply—regardless of whether the change is minor or major.
We kindly request you to take note of this policy before confirming your design.

Non-Refundable Policy: All customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially crafted based on your individual requirements.
However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will be happy to offer a suitable resolution.

If the product is damaged during transit, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof in order to process a replacement. Without an unboxing video, we regret that we will not be able to proceed with any claims.

Please note that each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and accuracy.

Production Time: All customized products require approximately 3 to 7 business days for manufacturing. Once the production is complete, your order will be promptly dispatched from our facility.
Please note that estimated delivery timelines are subject to change based on order volume, customization complexity, or unforeseen delays. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Personalization Details: Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete personalization information (such as names, dates, messages, etc.) at the time of placing the order.
We shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the details submitted by the customer. Please ensure all information is carefully reviewed before finalizing your order.

Intellectual Property: Customers must ensure that any designs, images, logos, or text submitted for customization are either owned by them or they have obtained proper authorization to use them.
We shall not be held responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from the content provided by the customer.

Product Care: Our products are primarily decorative in nature and are intended for gifting purposes. To maintain their appearance, safety, and durability, we kindly advise following the recommended care instructions provided with each item. Proper handling will help preserve the quality and longevity of the product.
