Design Accuracy: While we strive to replicate your chosen design and personalization details with the highest level of precision, please be aware that slight variations in color, texture, or layout may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Design Revision Policy: We provide up to two rounds of design revisions free of charge to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product.
If you require any additional revisions beyond the initial two, a fee of ₹100 per revision will be applicable—this applies to all changes, whether minor or major.
We kindly request you to review and acknowledge this policy before confirming your final design.
Design Processing Time:
Please note that each design revision requires 3 to 5 business working days. Customers are requested to wait until the updated design is delivered.
As this process involves detailed customization, urgent or expedited changes are not possible.
Non-Refundable Policy: All customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are specially crafted based on your individual requirements.
However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will be happy to offer a suitable resolution.
If the product is damaged during transit, a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof in order to process a replacement. Without an unboxing video, we regret that we will not be able to proceed with any claims.
Please note that each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship and accuracy.
Production Time: All customized products require approximately 3 to 7 business days for manufacturing. Once the production is complete, your order will be promptly dispatched from our facility.

Please note that our production process employs a mirror-image technique printed against a white background. As the designs are finalized using this reverse-imaging method, accommodating modifications to the artwork post-production is regrettably not feasible.
